Teen and Child Counseling



During these sessions, children and/or teenagers will work with their therapist to resolve the issues that concern them most.  Some of the typical issues that are addressed (in addition to those listed above) include:

  • Behavioral concerns
  • Self-mutilation
  • Suicidal tendencies
  • Relationship with family/friends
  • Eating disorders/body image
  • Unplanned pregnancy
  • Self-image

Counseling services are provided primarily for children, ages 10 and older.  Counseling for younger children is provided on a case-by-case basis.
